  1. Click on "New support ticket".
  2. On the field "type" select information request.
  3. On the field "sub-type" select general suggestion.
  4. On the field "subject" detail the case subject.
  5. On the field "detailed description of your query" detail your suggestion.
  6. Click on submit.
