Go to the Acustica Audio help-desk and support section with the link: https://acusticaudio.freshdesk.com/support/home.
- Click on "New support ticket".
- On the field "type" select information request.
- On the field "sub-type" select general suggestion.
- On the field "subject" detail the case subject.
- On the field "detailed description of your query" detail your suggestion.
- Click on submit.
