How to manage your communication preferences

To manage communication preferences, two checkboxes on the Acustica Audio website can be selected according to the user's wishes. You can unsubscribe whenever you wish by deselecting the checkboxes. o email confirmation is required.


Log in to the Acustica Audio website, go to your account, and click on the pencil to edit your account.



  • Check the box 'I would like to receive the promotions' if you wish to receive promotions and discounts related to Acustica audio products and services. Click on save to save changes. 
  • Check the box 'I would like to subscribe to Acustica newsletter' if you wish to receive a newsletter related to Acustica audio products and services. Click on save to save changes.


Please note that communications are done via email, so be sure to use a reliable email service and add Acustica Audio's domain, acusticaudio.net, to the whitelist of your email service.

In order to access to Audio help-desk portal go to the Acustica Audio website and then to the support section.
