The Loyal Customer Program (LCP) is a complimentary gift from Acustica Audio, created to show appreciation to our valued customers. This program rewards eligible customers with exclusive discounts based on their total spending in the Acustica Audio web-shop. Different discount levels are offered according to specific spending thresholds.


The LCP is distributed regularly via My Account section of our website and includes a detailed list of eligible discounted products, along with the deadline by which the discounts must be used.


The program operates automatically without requiring any intervention from help-desk agents. Loyal Customer Program (LCP) discounts are displayed directly in the My Account section of our website and are generated based on the following situations:


  1. The user purchases a product in the web-shop and uses his LCP discount coupon.
  2. The previous LCP coupon has reached its expiry date.

  • The LCP discounts are not cumulative and are typically not combinable with other coupons.
  • The LCP discounts have an exact expiration date based on the CET time zone.
  • The LCP discounts cannot be transferred between accounts or users.
