The current Acustica Audio web-shop allows several payment methods like a bank, credit card, or debit card; Anyway, the payment will be always managed and verified by PayPal which is our collecting payment service provider, and after the payment is accepted by PayPal, it will be sent to Acustica Audio.

When your money is debited from your bank account or credit/debit card but the product is not deposited in your account, that means that the collecting payment service provider (or CPSP) has blocked the payment to perform a risk verification.
After the risk verification is completed, the payment will arrive at our web-shop, and the product will be deposited in your Acustica Audio account.

Please keep in mind that Acustica Audio cannot participate in this payment process in any way, and therefore we cannot provide you with any further information.
