Which are the current payment methods?

All payment services are managed by PayPal as the main payment platform, but not necessary to have a Paypal account to use: Debit Card, Credit Card, Sofort service, or MyBank service.

PayPal manages all the financial data related to the payment, and Acustica Audio doesn't keep any of this data. Acustica Audio only saves the user fiscal information to make the receipts and invoices following the current Italian law and European Union regulation.

The current payment methods available are:
  • PayPal.
  • Debit Card (powered by PayPal).
  • Credit Card (powered by PayPal).
  • Sofort (powered by PayPal).
  • MyBank (powered by PayPal).

'Powered by PayPal' means you don't need a PayPal account, but the payment service is still managed through PayPal.

The Acustica Audio single point of contact (SPOC) is the Acustica Audio help-desk portal. In order to access to Audio help-desk portal go to the Acustica Audio website and then to the support section. We do not provide help, assistance, or support via social networks, public forums, or through our email accounts.

Do not send us emails or reply to the help-desk solutions, since the ticket will be created without any property and our help-desk agents will not answer them.
