Getting started with Aquarius Web

From April 2023, the Acustica Audio website, the Acustica Audio web-shop, and Aquarius Web services are integrated into the same website with the link: https://www.acustica-audio.com/

The Aquarius Web online service is Acustica Audio's free online manager for viewing product information, receiving notifications, checking product change logs, manage your authorization slots and product transfers.

In 2023 Aquarius Web has been embedded in the new web-site, and to benefit from the services offered, it is necessary to log-in to the web-site using your email user-name and password.

1. Go to https://www.acustica-audio.com/ on your web-browser.
2. To log-in on the web-site make click on the human body icon in the top right section.
3. Enter your credentials, email user-name and password, and click on the log-in button.
4. After log-in. Click on the human body icon again, and a drop-down menu with various options will appear.

My product section replaces Aquarius web online services. In this section, you can view your purchased products listed in alphabetical order. The elements of this section are:

• The search bar. You can use the search bar to find a product quickly.
• The more button. To access further information about the chosen product, simply click on the more button. This will display details such as a comprehensive product description, links to installation instructions and the user manual, and any other relevant information.
• The nut icon. Clicking on the nut will allow you to access the computer authorization management system of your product as well as the product transfer service.
• The double arrow button. Clicking on the double arrow button to run the product transfer online service. Proceed with caution product transfers cannot be undone.

In this section, you can view the orders that have been placed on the Acustica Audio web-shop.

This section displays the records of both active and cancelled subscriptions that were purchased on the Acustica Audio web-shop.

This section allows you to modify your account and profile details. To do so, simply click on the pencil icon.

This section is solely intended for logging out.

The Acustica Audio single point of contact (SPOC) is the Acustica Audio help-desk portal. In order to access to Audio help-desk portal go to the Acustica Audio website and then to the support section. We do not provide help, assistance, or support via social networks, public forums, or through our email accounts.
