What should I do if my EU B2B VAT code is not accepted at check-out

Our e-commerce platform will try to connect to your country's database through an API, but if the local database is not reachable, it's not online, or it is under extraordinary maintenance, your intra-community European Union (EU) B2B VAT discount will not be applied. We suggest waiting 24 hours and trying to finalize the purchase again later.

IMPORTANT: the European Union (EU) B2B VAT code for intra-community purchases must be correctly recognized and accepted on the VIES website to be able to be used in our e-commerce platform.

We do not provide help, assistance, or support via social networks, public forums, or through our email accounts.

Do not send us emails or reply to the help-desk solutions, since the ticket will be created without any property and our help-desk agents will not answer them.
