NOTE: since Q2 2020, users can manage their authorizations slots from the Aquarius web with URL:

After logging in on the Aquarius web with your email user-name and password (the same ones from the Aquarius application or the Acustica Audio website), go to the purchased page, and browse to the product you want to manage, use the trash can icon to remove your authorization slots. 

You can delete each computer individually or all authorization slots for each product.

Do not send us emails or reply to the help-desk solutions, since the ticket will be created without any property and our help-desk agents will not answer them
