Product Registration |
Product registration is automatic after you purchase a product in our webshop, and your newly purchased product will be available to download from your Aquarius Desktop application. If you are buying a product from a 3rd party like a distributor, you should first create a user account on Acustica Audio’s website before redeeming your purchase.
Product Authorization |
Product authorization is an online process that creates a product authorization based on your computer’s identification code. The Aquarius Desktop application will authorize your product automatically after the installation and can manage your authorization slots using the Acustica Audio website, my products section.
The authorization has to be done on a working computer; other devices, such as external or portable hard drives, cannot be used to authorize products.
Number of computers that can be authorized |
We allow users to install their products on two computers simultaneously. However, five authorization slots are available for each commercial product. To authorize more than two computers, users must buy the product again.

Each commercial product includes five authorization slots, trial products include three time-limited authorization slots, and free products don't use our protection system; however, you need to authorize free products via the Aquarius Desktop application.
The Acustica Audio single point of contact (SPOC) is the Acustica Audio help-desk portal. In order to access to Audio help-desk portal go to the Acustica Audio website and then to the support section. We do not provide help, assistance, or support via social networks, public forums, or through our email accounts.
