Our trial products have an expiration period of four weeks from the installation day, and the installers and files expire every year.

Each trial product includes three authorization slots, and you will find the used and free authorization slots counter on the Aquarius Desktop application updates page.

Keep in mind that each trial product installation in Aquarius Desktop application is counted as one used slot, so we recommend you to do the minimum number of possible installations.

In case you need to extend a trial period, create a support ticket in our help-desk support zone on our web-site, and assign the ticket to the licensing department explaining exactly and in advance the reasons why you need additional trial slot(s), the trial product(s) where we should add the additional trial authorization slot(s), and the trial product(s) order ID(s). 

Please, be careful and remember trial products expire after 30 days after the authorization, and we strongly recommend not to use trial products in commercial sessions or any important project.

Delete authorization slots through our back-end or through a request to our help-desk agents is not possible.

Your request will be automatically denied.

Do not send us emails or reply to the help-desk solutions, since the ticket will be created without any property and our help-desk agents will not answer them.
