Each user can perform a finite amount of free product transfers using Aquarius web service, i.e. at zero euro, the number of free product transfers will depend on the status of the user transfers (UTR) and product transfers (PTR) indicators, and in case the value of UTR or PTR is 0, the free product transfer cannot be performed and the assistance of the help-desk agents will be required. The assistance of the help-desk agents has a cost, i.e. it is not free of charge.


Product transfers available:

When a customer buys a commercial product in Acustica Audio's webshop the value of the product transfers (PTR) indicator will be five. This means that the first owner will be able to resell the product to another user as a second hand product. The second user will receive the product after the transfer is made but the value of the product transfers (PTR) indicator will decrease by one unit, and thus the product can be resold up to five times, but the fifth owner will have a product with a zero product transfers (PTR) indicator and will not be able to transfer the product to a sixth user for free.


User transfers available:

Each customer has five free User Transfers (UTR) available, i.e. each time the user transfers a commercial product or several commercial products by creating a batch product transfer, the value of the User Transfers (UTR) indicator will decrease by one unit, when the value of the User Transfers (UTR) indicator is zero, no more products can be transferred for free.


Additional transfers may be requested at the cost of 25 euro, plus the difference between the product purchase price and the retail price listed on the Acustica Audio store. Each additional support request pertaining to product transfers has a fixed cost of 25 euro.


Product transfer policies, terms, and conditions

  • It is mandatory to de-authorize and uninstall the product before transferring it to another account.
  • The product transfer (PTR) indicator and user transfers (UTR) indicator must be greater than zero in order to perform a product transfer via the Aquarius web service.

  • There is no simulation mode for product transfers, so use the product transfer wisely and carefully.

  • Product transfers cannot be invalidated and are final.
  • Transferred products cannot be returned.

  • Time-limited, educational, not for resale (NFR), special, OEM, institutional, or retail bundled software cannot be transferred.

  • The free product transfer is only possible through the Aquarius web service and is entirely automatic.

  • The product transfer system is only possible through the Aquarius web service and is entirely automatic, and does not require intervention from the Acustica Audio helpdesk agents.
  • Acustica Audio is not responsible for any misuse of the product transfer tool, loss of data, or issues deriving from private transactions between users.

  • Product transfers managed by helpdesk agents have a variable cost.

  • Any additional assistance request relating to product transfers has a fixed cost of 25 euro.

  • These policies, terms, and conditions may change at any time and without prior notice.


Do not send us emails or reply to the help-desk solutions, since the ticket will be created without any property and our help-desk agents will not answer them.
