Acustica Audio's web-shop is a Business to Client (B2C) online shop. European Union customers will receive an automatic receipt after payment with local VAT applied and following European Union Mini One Stop Shop (MOSS) rules. Customers from countries: Croatia, Cyprus, Lithuania, Spain, and Slovenia will receive also an invoice 48 hours after payment due It is a MOSS obligation

If you have made a Business to Client (B2C) purchase, and your are in European Union and need an invoice Business to Client (B2C) purchase, the invoice request through sales department via a support ticket, Business to Client (B2C) invoice must be requested immediately after the purchase. Business to Client (B2C) invoices requested 24 hours after the purchase will not be made. Customers outside European Union will receive an automatic receipt after payment without value added tax (VAT).


For Business to Business (B2B) intra-community purchases, before making the purchase contact our sales department via a support ticket, including your European Union (UE) valid value added tax (VAT) exemption number and complete company information in the sales ticket.  Sales department will answer you with additional instructions and automatic receipt received after the Business to Business (B2B) purchase can be discarded due within 48 hours after payment you will receive a Business to Business (B2B) invoice.

Unfortunately we can not offer partial refunds, for example a Business to Business (B2B) value added tax (VAT) refund, and if you have made a purchase without apply sales support value added tax (VAT) discount coupon, we will not able to provide you a partial refunds. In any case, contact our help-desk immediately via a sales support ticket to resolve the problem as soon as possible.


Invoices must have a correlation between invoice number and issue date and if you need an invoice as Business to Client (B2C), we strongly recommend you to request it from our sales department via help-desk ticket immediately after making the payment.


If you pay in Acustica Audio's web-shop with a PayPal account or e-mail address different from the one registered in your Acustica Audio account, the product will not be supplied automatically to you. It therefore must be supplied manually to your account by the sales department upon your request.
