The Acustica Audio's online web-shop allows business to client (B2C) and business to business (B2B) purchases.


Business to client (B2C) and business to business (B2B) invoices are generated and controlled by humans, invoices are sent by non-certified email in PDF format with a delay of 48 hours but a delay of up to 14 working days is possible in case of promotional periods or staff vacations.


Invoices are only useful for those who have to be present them at an European Union tax agency.
If you are not a company with a VAT identifier or you are outside the European Union, the automatic receipt will be enough.


B2B (business to business) purchases Italia:
B2B (business to business) purchases in Italy will be charged with the current Italian VAT value.
The mandatory check-out fields are:

  • Company name.
  • EU-VAT number (without special characters or spaces).
  • Fiscal Code.
  • SDI or PEC.


B2B (business to business) purchases European Union (except Italy):
B2B (business to business) purchases in European Union (except Italy), will receive the current VAT value discount only if the EU-VAT in VIES verification end satisfactory.
The mandatory check-out fields are:

  • Company name.
  • EU-VAT number (without special characters or spaces).


B2B (business to business) purchases outside the European Union:
A B2B (business to business) purchase outside of the European Union is always considered a business to client (B2C) purchase. The check-out fields: company, EU-VAT number, and fiscal code must be empty.



B2C (business to client) purchase Italia:
Italian customers will receive an automatic receipt after payment with local VAT applied following European Union Mini One Stop Shop (MOSS) rules. The check-out fields: company, EU-VAT number and fiscal code must be empty.
If you need an invoice for your B2C (business to client) purchase you should request it via help-desk support service in the first 24 hours after purchase indicating clearly the purchase order ID.


B2C (business to client) purchases European Union:
European Union customers will receive an automatic receipt after payment with local VAT applied following European Union Mini One Stop Shop (MOSS) rules. Customers from: Croatia, Cyprus, Lithuania, Spain, and Slovenia, will receive also an invoice 48 hours after payment due a MOSS obligation. The check-out fields: company, EU-VAT number and fiscal code must be empty.
If you need an invoice for your B2C (business to client) purchase you should request it via help-desk support service in the first 24 hours after purchase indicating clearly the purchase order ID.

B2C (business to client) purchases outside the European Union:
Outside the European Union customers will receive an automatic receipt after payment without VAT. The check-out fields: company, EU-VAT number and fiscal code must be empty.


IMPORTANT: fake customer information or anonymous purchases are not supported. Please check your Acustica Audio's account personal information before making a purchase. Acustica Audio reserves the right to delete any anonymous account.
