Products where (read-only) presets are available, the trial product and the commercial product share the same .N2S preset file, for this reason after uninstalling the trial version, the Aquarius Desktop application will delete the preset file, and will not available anymore also for the commercial version. To recover the preset file again in the commercial version, simply reinstall the commercial product from the Aquarius Desktop application purchased page.
Proceed in the same way with any product malfunctioning or with lacking files, the Aquarius Desktop application will always recover and reinstall any lacking files.


Do not send us emails or reply to the help-desk solutions, since the ticket will be created without any property and our help-desk agents will not answer them.
