macOS operating systems

  1. Close the Aquarius Desktop application.
  2. Using the macOS finder go to “/Library/Frameworks/” (without the quotes).
  3. Delete the Nebula.framework file.
  4. Delete the NEBULAFRAMEWORK.aqu file.
  5. Reboot the computer.
  6. Install (or reinstall) at least one product via the latest version available of the Aquarius Desktop application (mandatory).


Windows operating systems

  1. Close the Aquarius Desktop application.
  2. Delete Framework folder with fixed path "C:\Program Files\Acustica" (without the quotes).
  3. Delete Framework folder with fixed path "C:\Program Files (x86)\Acustica\"( without the quotes), if you are using legacy 32-bits products.
  4. Reboot the computer.
  5. Install (or reinstall) at least one product via the latest version available of the Aquarius Desktop application (mandatory).
