macOS operating systems

  1. Close the Aquarius application.
  2. Using the macOS finder go to “/Library/Frameworks/” (without the quotes).
  3. Delete the Nebula.framework file.
  4. Delete the NEBULAFRAMEWORK.aqu file.
  5. Reboot the computer.
  6. Install (or reinstall) any product via the latest version available of the Aquarius application (mandatory).


Windows operating systems

  1. Close the Aquarius application.
  2. Delete NEBULAFRAMEWORKx86.aqu file with fixed path "C:\Windows\SysWOW64" in 64 bits operating systems.
  3. Delete NEBULAFRAMEWORKx64.aqu file with fixed path "C:\Windows\System32" in 64 bits operating systems.
  4. Reboot the computer.
  5. Install (or reinstall) any product via the latest version available of the Aquarius application (mandatory).
