Acustica Audio products can be downloaded, installed, and authorized using the Aquarius Desktop application. The Aquarius Desktop application is a free standalone application that will automatically manage your product's downloading, installation, and authorization without user intervention. To learn more about the Aquarius Desktop application, read the user's PDF manual included in the installer.

System requirements:
- macOS 10.15 or higher (with working TLS version 1.2 or superior).
- Windows 10 (with working TLS version 1.2 or superior).
- Reliable, fast internet connection.
- An account in Acustica Audio with a user-name with the mandatory format: example@example.com.
- Enough free HDD/SSD space for downloading and installing the products.
- Internet ports 443, 80, and 8080 open and enable.
- Transport Layer Security (TLS) protocol version 1.2 or superior is available.
- An administrator account in the operating system.
The Acustica Audio single point of contact (SPOC) is the Acustica Audio help-desk portal. In order to access to Audio help-desk portal go to the Acustica Audio website and then to the support section. We do not provide help, assistance, or support via social networks, public forums, or through our email accounts.
