How to find Legacy versions in Aquarius Desktop application version 3.x.x

NOTES: 

1. Solution subject may be wrong Legacy version means legacy version of Aquarius Desktop application (ADA). Additionally the word legacy is not a product, so it should be "legacy".

2. The screen capture should be redone following the helpdesk KB standard.

4. There is not warning about the limited warranty and limited help-desk on legacy and obsolete products.



Aquarius Desktop 3.x.x introduces a feature that hides "Legacy" products in the "My Products" section by default. Here's how to manage this setting:

Option 1: Show All Legacy Products

  1. Click the gear icon.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Go to the Customize tab.
  4. Uncheck the Hide Legacy option.
  5. Press Save.
  6. (See image for reference.)

Option 2: Search for Specific Legacy Products

If you prefer to keep the Hide Legacy option checked, you can still find legacy versions:
  1. Go to the Search section.
  2. Type the product name and version you're looking for (See image for reference.)

This ensures you can easily access your desired legacy versions while maintaining your preferred interface settings.
