The Aquarius desktop application allows you to update various statuses of your products in the update section, these statuses are: 

  • Upgrade to a newer release.
  • Downgrade to an older release.
  • Re-authorize the product.
  • De-authorize the product.
  • Uninstall the product.

Do not send us emails or reply to the help-desk solutions, since the ticket will be created without any property and our help-desk agents will not answer them.
