The username (or user-name) is a credential that allows you to enter (or log-in) on your Acustica Audio's web-site user section, the Aquarius Desktop application, the Aquarius Web service, and the help-desk portal.
The correct Aquarius username syntax is the same as a standard email address, for example: "example@example.com" without the quotes.
Please note that the username is a different credential than your nickname, which will work only in the Aquarius Web services for the reviews and comments section.
