The Aquarius LOG file allows you to record in a file all steps taken by Aquarius in a product(s) download and/or installation. After enabling the Aquarius LOG, you must reproduce the erroneous behaviour again i order to be saved in the LOG file.

  • Run Aquarius version 2 or superior.
  • Do a "Control+Click" over Aquarius logo in the upper left part, and click OK.
  • Find the Aquarius LOG.
- From macOS desktop press: "Command+Shift+G" and write "~/Library/Logs/Aquarius", then click on Go. (the full path is /Users/{username}/Library/Logs/Aquarius)

- From Windows desktop press: "Windows key+R" and write "C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Aquarius", then click OK. (the full path is C:\Users\{yourusername}\AppData\Roaming\Aquarius)

  • Compress Aquarius log file in ZIP format and attach it in your support ticket. DO NOT send us LOG files via e-mail.

  • Do a "Control+Click" over Aquarius in the upper left part, and click OK to disable LOG.
